Emma has attended some of the Time4Hope Well-being Sessions to discuss the benefits of

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

Her sessions are always well planned and she has the ability to communicate, exceptionally well with  the participants,  the key principles of the therapy. Emma engages  well during the sessions to explain how C.B.T. may help to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Participants were keen to enhance their well-being and Emma provided them with practical strategies to reduce their day to day stresses as well as  some relaxation techniques. At all times, Emma’s  passion shows for the effectiveness for CBT to enhance emotional well-being, and build resilience to deal with the adversity life sometimes brings. Her sessions were extremely beneficial, showing participants how CBT Therapy could be accessed to problem-solve and look at difficulties with a different perspective. 

I would thoroughly recommend Emma for CBT Counselling, she has a calm and empathic manner and a willingness to show you how to problem solve. Emma has a great willingness to support individuals to promote their well-being so they are able to reach their full potential in life.


Emma always displayed compassion and empathy. She is the only professional I have had who I felt has understood my problem and knowledgeable enough to help support me. I always had a chance to have my say and explain my thoughts and experiences. I was always listened to and Emma was always respectful. I feel in a much better place and equipped with the tools and resources to help me going forward. Although the sessions I had were virtual, I felt like I gained the same experience as if we could have them face to face.

Although I have sought help before, I have never had someone understand my problem and be very knowledgeable in ways to support both anxiety, OCD and anger.
