HOW ARE YOUR APPOINTMENTS DELIVERED?
Appointments are currently offered remotely via telephone or video link only, and are currently held in the evenings.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
An initial telephone consultation to see if CBT is suitable to meet your needs lasts 30 minutes and is free of charge.

Following that I will offer you a full assessment which will include a problem formulation and treatment plan. This is charged at £60. Individual sessions are then charged at £60 and last 50 minutes.

I also provide individual CBT for psychology students who require therapy as part of their course. This is charged at £45 per 50 minute session.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Therapy is flexibly tailored to meet your individual needs therefore the number of sessions will be determined by the nature of the problem being treated.
HOW WILL I KNOW CBT IS RIGHT FOR ME?
The initial telephone consultation should help us both determine whether CBT is the right approach to meet your needs however therapy will be regularly reviewed with you and I will respond to all client feedback as it is important to me that you gain the most from our sessions together.
WHO CAN REFER TO YOU?
I provide one to one CBT for young people aged 16 and over, and for adults aged 18 and over. I accept referrals from clients themselves, parents or carers, and health professionals such as GP's or other professionals.

DO YOU PROVIDE REPORTS?
Unfortunately I am unable to provide psychological reports for courts or legal purposes.
