An initial telephone consultation to see if CBT is suitable to meet your needs lasts 30 minutes and is free of charge.

Following that I will offer you a full assessment which will include a problem formulation and treatment plan. This is charged at £60 and will last an hour. Individual sessions are then charged at £60 per hour.

I also provide individual CBT for psychology students who require therapy as part of their course. This is charged at £45 per hour.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Therapy is flexibly tailored to meet your individual needs therefore the number of sessions will be determined by the nature of the problem being treated.

HOW WILL I KNOW CBT IS RIGHT FOR ME?
